Hello dear blog-reader people - sorry I've not been on. I've been working my little stockings off at my regular job and Soapy Suzie's been abandoned for the time being.

She'll probably be dusted down and visit the fish in the next week or two, but I'm living the quiet life until next spring ... just as well because I seem to be getting chubbier by the day - but hey Mr. Rubens's ladies were apparently lovely and I've a way to go before I'm as huge as his Venus!

Anyway, I've still not heard from the results of my big work thing in September but hope to know the results shortly after Christmas, if it's as successful as I hope it'll be a new game for me and no more visits to my lovely middle-aged chappies. However, it's unlikely to be a runaway success so I reckon I'll get back in with my regulars in the Spring and use their money to give up one of the day jobs and concentrate on the business.

Since my indiscretion things have actually improved between my partner and in a way I'm glad it happened because it made me realise how lucky I am that my man's like he is and not like the cheating hoards of other men there are out there.

Another stroke of good news is we happened upon a gorgeous house that we can afford - so while money's still very tight at the moment, thanks to the credit crunch we're able to afford a house that 6 months ago was way out of our league! Unfortunately I'm still working reduced hours and it looks likely I'll loose my job in the new year ... "until things pick up" ... like I'm the sort of person to sit at home waiting! (Like I could afford to be that kind of person!)

Anyway, that's it for my updates really - all good but nothing too interesting to write about. I'll let you know how it goes with Fish!
